MORNING STRETCH CLASS (40mins )
Morning stretching is important for your body to help kick-start your energy levels, aid circulation and increase flexibility in muscles and joints. Ease morning back stiffness. A full body stretch can provide the best start to your day!
Class size limited to 10 participants to ensure individualized attention to proper form and alignment. I am a fitness instructor and classically trained dancer who studied at the Julian E. Blanco School of Classical Ballet in Puerto Rico, and am a former member of The School of American Ballet (the official ballet school of New York City Ballet), Ballet Classico and Ballet de San Juan. I know the importance of a good morning stretch and proper technique. Join me weekdays, Monday through Friday, at 8am!
